Need to Know
  • All tour and excursion bookings must be completed at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled date.
  • Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of payment made via Cash or Debit/Credit Card.
  • No refunds will be issued for missed tours. Go Holiday Club does not provide alternative transportation for guests who fail to arrive at the designated pick-up point on time.
  • Children aged 0–2 years is not allowed.

  • Equipment Provided: Ski/snowboard gear, jackets, trousers, disposable socks, snow boots, fleece gloves, and helmets.
  • Helmet Requirement: Compulsory for children under 13 years.
  • Snow Bullet Ride Restrictions: Children must be 8+ years, 125 cm+, 30 kg+; adults max 120 kg.
  • Height & Weight Limits: Some rides and attractions have restrictions.
  • Penguin Encounter: Mobile phones and cameras not allowed.
  • Food & Drinks: Only permitted at Avalanche Café and North 28 Restaurant (10 am–midnight); no outside food/drinks allowed.
  • Refund Policy: No refunds for unused or partially used services.
  • Children Supervision: Must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
  • Slope Access: Only for experienced skiers and snowboarders.
  • Restrictions: Venue not wheelchair accessible; pregnant guests cannot participate.
  • Operational Notes: Activities may be suspended due to weather, maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Prohibited: Smoking and drinking on premises.
