  • All tour and excursion bookings must be completed at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled date.
  • Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of payment made via Cash or Debit/Credit Card.
  • No refunds, rescheduling, or alternatives will be offered for missed tours. Go Holiday Club is not responsible for guests who fail to arrive at the scheduled time.
  • Children aged 0–3 years may join the tour free of charge.

  • Safety Guidelines: No running, jumping, or climbing (including in the Vortex Tunnel). Tilted Room not recommended for guests with epilepsy or balance concerns.
  • Age Policy: Suitable for all ages; free entry for children aged 2 and under.
  • Liability Notice: The museum is not liable for indirect or incidental damages related to site or service use.
  • Visit Duration: Average Museum of Illusions experience lasts 60–90 minutes.
