• Border Clearance: for tours that require border crossing (such as Musandam tours), border clearance approval must be obtained prior to the travel date. Guests must provide valid passport details during booking.
• Itinerary Changes: The tour operator reserves the right to modify the itinerary, timing, or activities due to weather conditions, safety concerns, government regulations, or operational reasons.
• Health & Safety: Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by guides, drivers, and crew members. Participation in activities such as snorkeling, swimming, or water sports is at the guest’s own discretion.
• Travel Documents: Guests are responsible for carrying valid passports, visas, Emirates ID, or any required travel documents. The tour operator will not be responsible for denied entry due to missing documents.
• Liability Disclaimer: The tour operator will not be liable for loss, damage, injury, or delays caused by circumstances beyond control, including weather conditions, government restrictions, or unforeseen events.
• Personal Belongings: Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during the tour. The operator is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
• Behavior Policy: Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, guides, and other travelers. The operator reserves the right to refuse service to guests displaying disruptive or unsafe behavior.
• Force Majeure: The tour operator shall not be held responsible for cancellations or delays caused by natural disasters, political situations, government restrictions, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond reasonable control.
