Locations include Dubai Marina, Jumeirah Beach, and Palm Jumeirah.

All personal expenses for any additional on-site purchases during the tour are not included and must be paid by the guest.

Need to Know
  • All tour and excursion bookings must be completed at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled date.
  • Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of payment made via Cash or Debit/Credit Card.
  • No refunds will be issued for missed tours. Go Holiday Club does not provide alternative transportation for guests who fail to arrive at the designated pick-up point on time.

  • Minimum Age: 8 years (children must be accompanied by an adult)
  • Maximum Weight: 100–120 kg (check with provider)
  • Ticket Validity: Tickets are valid only for the selected date and time.
  • Refund Policy: Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless specified.
  • Safety Policy: Pregnant women or individuals with heart/back/knee conditions are not permitted. Participants must follow all instructions from kayaking instructors.
  • Weather Policy: Activity may be rescheduled or canceled due to high winds, rain, or rough water conditions.
  • Operator Rights: Management reserves the right to modify, delay, or cancel the activity for safety or operational reasons.
  • Behavior Policy: Participants must avoid reckless paddling, standing in the kayak, or disturbing wildlife.
