  • All tour and excursion bookings must be completed at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled date.
  • Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of payment made via Cash or Debit/Credit Card.
  • No refunds will be issued for missed tours. Go Holiday Club does not provide alternative transportation for guests who fail to arrive at the designated pick-up point on time.

  • Capacity Policy: Only 1 participant per Jet Pack at a time.
  • ID Requirement: Valid passport or Emirates ID may be required.
  • Maximum Weight Limit: Typically 100–120 kg (check with operator)
  • Minimum Age for Participants: 16 years old (operator rules may vary).
  • Arrival Policy: Guests must arrive 20–30 minutes early for check-in, briefing, and preparation.
  • Cancellation Policy: Late arrivals or no-shows may result in cancellation without refund.
  • Duration Policy: Each Jet Pack session lasts 30 minutes, including briefing and setup.
  • Location Policy: Activity operates at Dubai Marina or Jumeirah Beach Residence in Dubai.
  • Safety Policy: Participants must wear life jackets and protective gear and strictly follow instructor instructions. Not recommended for pregnant women, individuals with serious medical conditions, or recent surgeries.
  • Weather Policy: Sessions may be rescheduled or canceled due to strong winds, rough seas, or bad weather in the Arabian Gulf.
  • Liability Policy: Participants may be held liable for damage caused by reckless operation.
