• 45-60 Minute Hot Air Balloon Ride
• Unlimited refreshments at the take-off location
• Safety briefing and professional pilot
• Flying Experience Certificate signed by the Pilot.

All personal expenses for any additional on-site purchases during the tour are not included and must be paid by the guest.

• All tour and excursion bookings must be completed at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled date.
• Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of payment made via Cash or Debit/Credit Card.
• No refunds will be issued for missed tours. Go Holiday Club does not provide alternative transportation for guests who fail to arrive at the designated pick-up point on time.
• Passenger must be at least 5 years old to join the ride.

• Arrival Time: Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time.
• Age Policy: Children under 3 years are free entry and must be accompanied by an adult.
• Weather Policy: The balloon ride operates only under safe weather conditions. Flights may be delayed or canceled due to high winds or adverse weather.
• Safety Restrictions: The activity may not be suitable for pregnant women, guests with serious heart conditions, people with severe vertigo or motion sickness, guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Weight and Capacity: The gondola has a limited passenger capacity per flight. Guests must follow crew instructions at all times.
• Liability: Guests participate at their own risk. The operator reserves the right to refuse entry for safety reasons.
