Need to Know
  • All tour and excursion bookings must be completed at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled date.
  • Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of payment made via Cash or Debit/Credit Card.
  • No refunds will be issued for missed tours. Go Holiday Club does not provide alternative transportation for guests who fail to arrive at the designated pick-up point on time.
  • Children aged 0–3 years may join the tour free of charge.

  • Photography Policy: Photography is allowed throughout most areas; however, flash or professional equipment may be restricted in certain shows or pavilions.
  • Park Rules Policy: Outside food, beverages, and restricted items may not be permitted inside the park.
  • Operator Rights: The management of Global Village Dubai reserves the right to modify schedules, entertainment programs, or access areas due to operational or safety reasons.
