- All tour and excursion bookings must be completed at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled date.
- Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of payment made via Cash or Debit/Credit Card.
- No refunds will be issued for missed tours. Go Holiday Club does not provide alternative transportation for guests who fail to arrive at the designated pick-up point on time.
- Children aged 0–3 years may join the tour free of charge.
