Airport Pick-Up: Airport pick-up services are available only from Dubai International Airport (DXB). Requests for pick-up from any other airport or location cannot be accommodated.

 Refund and Cancellation Policy: All bookings are final. No refunds, cancellations, or modifications are permitted once the booking is confirmed. If a cancellation occurs due to unforeseen circumstances from our side, a full refund will be issued.

 No Show Policy: If the guest fails to arrive at the agreed time and location, no refund will be provided. Guests are responsible for being punctual and ensuring timely arrival.

Booking Confirmation: Bookings are considered confirmed only after full payment is received. Failure to complete payment may result in automatic cancellation without prior notice.

 Liability Disclaimer: We are not responsible for delays, accidents, or schedule changes caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, traffic, or government actions. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to personal belongings during the tour.

Travel Insurance:

Guests are strongly encouraged to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering personal accidents, medical expenses, and loss or damage of personal belongings.

 Conduct and Behavior:

Guests must comply with local laws and regulations at all times. Any inappropriate behavior or violation of

local laws may result in immediate termination of the tour without refund.

 Changes to Itinerary:

We reserve the right to modify or adjust the itinerary due to operational requirements, weather conditions, or any other factors impacting the tour experience.

 Force Majeure:

We are not liable for failure to perform obligations under these terms due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, war, or strikes.
