  • All tour and excursion bookings must be completed at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled date.
  • Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of payment made via Cash or Debit/Credit Card.
  • No refunds will be issued for missed tours. Go Holiday Club does not provide alternative transportation for guests who fail to arrive at the designated pick-up point on time.

  • Animal Interaction Policy: Do not touch or feed the dolphins except under the guidance of trained staff.
  • Photography & Filming Policy: Photography is allowed; professional photo packages may be available. Flash photography may be restricted.
